Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed at www.lafurniturelandlv.com (website). As used in these Terms and Conditions, “we” “us” and “our” refers to LA Furniture land LLC. By using this website to buy furniture and accessories, you agree with these terms and conditions.

Placing Orders

When an order is placed in our website you may receive an order confirmation email but that will not be considered as order acceptance. After receipt of your order, we may accept, decline or make necessary changes to your order for any reason and contact you. In any case you will be notified via email or phone call.
If you used a credit card as your payment method, we’ll authorize the credit card for the full amount at checkout, including taxes and estimated delivery. Your credit card will be charged for full amount of your order.


Prices along the website and in store might be different and can not be matched. The special offers or sale prices in the store can not be matched in website.

Sales Tax

All merchandise purchases are subject to sales tax in accordance with the current state and local tax rates. We use third party delivery company for our deliveries and sales tax is not applied to delivery services. If there are any changes on accepted orders, the changes will be reflected to the sales tax amount.


We use third party delivery company to fulfill our delivery and assembly services. You will be contacted a day prior to delivery to schedule an approximate time for delivery. Depending on the size of the order you might be contacted with changes on delivery time and cost. Please note that there will be a $75 fee for each failed delivery attempt.
When delivery and assembly is added to your order our delivery company will unpack, assemble and place the furniture the way you instruct them.
If delivery only is added to your order the driver will drop off the furniture by your doorstep and the client will be responsible to carry them inside, unpack and assemble them.
Client is fully responsible for measuring the doors and hallways to make sure the furniture fits through them. Any damage that results from moving the furniture into the home or assembling the furniture will also be your responsibility. Doorstep Delivery may not be available for all items or purchases.

Order Pickup

If you choose Pickup option, you will be notified as soon as the merchandise is ready for pick up in our store. We may assist you in loading your items, but it is your responsibility to ensure items are properly loaded and secured. If your items are not available at the time of sale, we will notify you when they are ready for pick-up. At the time of pickup you will sign an acknowledgment that you received the items, inspected them and found them to be in good condition.

Change or Cancellation

To cancel or make any changes to your order, we recommend you calling 702-779-3477 during the business hours or contact us via website contact us form after hours.
Depending on the order we may have 12-24 hours window for cancellation. In some cases even 48 hours might be sufficient to make changes to an order but not guarantee. We will do everything in our limits to process the order the way you wish but we do not guarantee that all the time after the order is accepted.

Return Policy

Please inspect your items on delivery. For any item that you received damaged or with a manufacturer’s defect, we will work with you to repair, replace or pick-up the item if you contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Return Requirements

In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all items must be in new/unused condition and returned with all accessories and parts and securely packed in all original packaging

If a Clearance Item is being returned the client will be responsible for both delivery costs (the delivery and the return), Special Orders, except for items delivered damaged or defective and reported to us within 72 hours after delivery.

Wall arts and accessories can be returned to the store for a full refund if there is no any damage on them.
